Nicola Kleppang

Dundee born Nicola Kleppang is strongly passionate and influenced by her local surroundings of Broughty Ferry. She hopes to instill memories and a personal attachment to the viewers with her quirky style.

Kleppang works primarily in oils on canvas and board at a large scale so that the intricacies of her designs are not missed. Each of Kleppangs works is a joyous vision of nostalgia, fun and skill. Her eye for colour and form is apparent in all of her works and her iconic subject matters make for great inspiration.Exploring Scotland, Nicola has more recently started works on landmarks further afield including our Capital of Edinburgh and the peoples capital Glasgow, making her works sought after across Scotland.

Since leaving art college, Kleppang has worked on private commissions whilst working in education.
